Throughout his distinguished career, he has excelled in diverse roles including sales, coaching, training, marketing, logistics, management, executive leadership, and serving on boards of directors. Admired by his peers, he is seen as a role model and mentor.

In April 2023, Emmanuel retired from corporate America, having culminated his career in medical device sales where he had the unique opportunity to coach surgeons and interventionalists on the repair of abdominal and thoracic aortic
aneurysms. Witnessing firsthand the inefficiencies that drive up healthcare costs, Emmanuel was driven to create ZoliCARE Enterprise, which officially launched in 2025.
